1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MediaRFP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform.
2. Platform Description
MediaRFP is a B2B creative marketplace that connects businesses (Clients) with creative service providers (Vendors) in Saudi Arabia. The platform facilitates job posting, proposal submission, project management, and payment processing through an escrow system.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide clear project requirements, fund escrow before work begins, review deliverables within reasonable timeframes, and release payment promptly upon satisfactory completion. Clients may request up to 3 revisions before a dispute is escalated.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to provide accurate portfolio information, deliver work according to agreed specifications and timelines, respond to client communications promptly, and maintain professional standards throughout the engagement.
6. Escrow & Payments
All project payments are processed through our escrow system. Funds are held securely until the client approves the deliverables. MediaRFP charges a service fee on each transaction. All transactions are conducted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are fully compliant with ZATCA requirements.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a client rejects a vendor's work three times, a dispute is automatically created. Our admin team will review the evidence from both parties and make a fair determination. Both parties have the right to appeal the decision.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment release from escrow, intellectual property rights for completed work transfer to the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vendors retain the right to showcase completed work in their portfolios unless restricted by the project agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
MediaRFP serves as a marketplace platform and is not a party to the agreements between Clients and Vendors. While we provide escrow protection and dispute resolution, we are not liable for the quality of work delivered, project delays, or disputes between parties beyond our mediation services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to the completion of any active projects and settlement of outstanding balances.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
